but i love rideing horses, when i get my period will be abul to ride why i am on it? i will be so mad if i can't

Of course you will.

You might find that riding with a pad is uncomfortable (many women do), and if that's the case for you, you can wear tampons instead and not feel a thing.

yes you can still ride while you are on your period just wear a pad or tampon whatever you like best...but there is no reason why you can't ride your horse.

yes,you can do all of your normal activities. Just be sure and take Midol or Ibuprofen, or something for the cramps, because I get them in my bum right in the area that sits on the horse, and you may too.

and you may get them in your back and legs, so be prepared with a pain reliever.

Use always (thin) pads with wings, they have good adhesive, and won't move around or bunch up. A tampon with a pad as a back-up might also be a good idea, but if you don't want to use tampons right away, then like I said Always are good pads.

Yes, u can do anything u normally do on your period. just wear a pad or tampon.
