  1. Is d-driving drunk driving? Because if it is you probably have a warrant out for you

  2. You have a bench warrant for your arrest. You  need to go to the department that gave you the ticket and settle it. You license is also suspended, and you will need to then go to the DMV and pay the fine to get it reinstated as well. Defensive driving is NOT an option for you anymore.

  3. Better go turn your self in before things get worst

  4. I would call them and find out. I have the same situation going on with me, but I live in Michigan and the ticket is in Indiana. Good luck.

  5. Well usually they'd give u a fine, but if you live in Texas......

  6. When you fail to pay a ticket or show up for the court date they issued, a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest on a failure to appear. Go to the clerks office at your local court house immediately and get it taken care of now. You'll feel better after you do.

It's a misdemeanor, so you'll need an attorney.

  7. I think they add interest and if u refuse to pay you go to jail for like 30 or less.

  8. Eventually you'll get a warrant out for you arrest for unpaid traffic tickets or get busted when you go back to court.  I'd advice you to contact the local clerk of court immediately and find out what you need to do...

  9. dang dude, i found this link for you that someone else asked about them not paying  a ticket in texas from years ago....maybe this will help. There were a lot of helpful hints for that guy to get out of trouble.

also type in "1 yr old unpaid speeding ticket in texas" on google and read all the links.

  10. Pay it ASAP. Failure to pay a ticket probably means there is a warrant out for your arrest. Meaning that the next time you get stopped they will probably take you to jail and tow your car.

I'd call the court, and ask them what you need to do to take care of the ticket. Maybe you will need to get attorney and go to court.

  11. After not paying a speeding ticket within the time frame on the citation you will be sent a notice including a late fee.  After that happens again and again, with larger late fees each time, you will be sent a court date for contempt of court.  If you miss that then a warrant can be issued for your arrest...for a simple speeding ticket.
