I havent started my period?

i havent started my period in about 4months but i recently started spotting and having very sharp pains in my stomach

they start off like cramps but then turn into very sharp pains

and i have been spotting red blood off on for about a week

what could this be?

You're probably going to have your period soon.

well it's either coming soon or there could be something wrong like an infection

if it worries you too much just go see a doctor

your period lol, probably, go to a doctor to find out.

you may be pregnant and miscarrying but if you only just started having a period it can build up then be released all at once when the body is not use to the cycle yet
