NO!  Bogota and Rio are way too dangerous.

The best place for Adult fun is Panama.

Panama has Casinos, great restaurants, loaded with "Gentlemen's Clubs" and no danger that  you will be robbed in the street and left with only your shoelaces.

Panama is the safest city in Latin America, there are night clubs galore, casinos, great seafood and they use the American dollar.

You can walk everywhere at night with out risk.

Most of the "ladies of the evening" are Colombian anyway!
