  1. You should read Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser...you'll learn way more about McDonald's than you ever wanted to know..

  2. I know that chickens bred for McDonalds (and for the majority of consumption in the US) are bred to have more body mass... so that their legs can't support their weight and break. I also know that a lot of places debeak (slice off the birds' beaks with a white-hot wire) while they are still alive. Not sure how unique that is to McDonald's though. =)

  3. i heard the same story too...

  4. I read the book "Chew on This", and according to it, McDonald's feeds their chickens formulated hormones to increase breast growth (since they're all about the white meat now...). It's pretty disgusting, not to mention cruel. You should see what happens in the slaughterhouses.

  5. It may be true but I am not sure.

  6. uh? i am a mcdonalds service crew, but never come into my mind that question... hehehe all i knw is our company have its own supplier for the products...  well i think.. they have that kind of bred (maybe an extra special one) to make our product be the best... cause we want all the best for our customer... welcome to mc donalds... hehehe

  7. they're old chickens....watch that movie "supersize me"

  8. ewwwwwwww, is this true, how are they bred different? and i luv their chicken, am i in trouble!? better stop eating it!

  9. yes, they have a big mac in the morning, bum each other a bit, then have an apple pie for dinner

  10. go to puffgames.com

then play the mcdonalds game. it will give you a different view on mcdonalds. as far a the chicken, god knows what the h**l they feed those things.
