I hear a very low sound somthing like a chirp or cricket sound while driving?

I only hear it while the truck is in gear,and it goes away when i press in the clutch.Truck is a 1987 chevy s10 blazer.

Could be anything from a bad fan belt to something in the transmission, hard to tell.  Get 'er into a mechanic.

Either the drive belt or the pilot bearing for the clutch.....
