I hear chanting at soccer games, concerts?

What is this chant really? What's it mean?

Ole, Ole, Ole. this being heard in Concerts wtf ??? its like sayin "woa" or after a really good play, the crowd will go Ole ! cuz it was like magic....its really hard to explain. just watch this

they are saying ole ole ola ole ola. its sort of a cheer for when a player makes a good play or a nice dribble. its in portugeese which is my second language but it has no true definition. but when you hear it it means that something good just happended in soccer.
