Not in Berlin no more. What I hear will be in Essen and changing every year to another city. But with Essen I don't know about it 100% because the decision didn't made it yet.

That's not quite right - it is leaving Berlin, but instead it will be held in Essen, Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010. This is a longterm change, during the next years, the Love Parade will be held in various cities in the state of Northrhine-Westphalia. Up next are Dortmund, Bochum, Duisburg and Gelsenkirchen.
