If she is dumb the same will repeat. but as i am aware that if the cops get a complaint, they do well act upon. Either self or through someone she can have a complaint. Should be genuine. Moreover wonder that this lover published this qstn in a wrong place. Mostly people wanna exaggerate about all. Dubai is the best place in all matters.

I've heard the same thing.  Dubai is like the Las Vegas of the Middle East... sleazy as it gets, and with an even more innately male-dominated, borderline anti-female culture than you would ever find in the West.

Move to a Western country.

If you are really love and care about her why are you still sitinng down there on your chair? do something guys...this type of problem you should not ask an opinion  from viewers of this net  why you think this a joke or funny think for you...wake up show her you bout her safetyness....go to any departments in your country for help...

I've been to Dubai couple of times and can tell you: THE GULF IS NO PLACE FOR A SINGLE OR LONE WOMAN!

If the boss is being rude or crude or sexist or making jokes, that won't change and she should thank her lucky stars its not worse. If he is sexually groping her or propositioning her, she should seriously consider the option of leaving.

If it's even worse I do not even have to tell you she should leave right away if she has an exit permit (yes, you are not allowed to leave the country even if foreign without an exit permit) or try to obtain an exit permit right away.

If her boss is a foreigner contacting the police might help, though not very likely. If it is a local she should not even think of doing so, they've got the police literally in their pockets and have been known to retaliate against people seeking help from police for whatever reason.

I am not sure  women in Dubai always have sexual harassment.  I have lived there in 1998 and 1999.  May be she is having s*x there and want to present it to you in a different way.
