Like i said i heard lamar will be traded and its official by tuesday no a perfect liability source but a source none the less.

OMG. he is??? No way he can't be. I think he's like one of the coolest guys there! I thought that they already traded Ronney Turiaf and that was it. Man why are all the cool guys leavin. I hate it when they trade peoples. This better not be tru kuz otherwise i'll flip!

the problem with odom being traded is that i don't see any players the lakers could get equal to odoms value, there arnt many 6'10 guys in the league with handles of a pg and achieve a double double night in and night out, he may not be the best player but he is an extremly solid all around player. no one that i know that isnt of superstar status, short of rashard lewis, who is just a better version of odom could equal odoms value.

I think it is highly unlikely that a trade is already pending and will be made official by Tuesday.  The Lakers, like all the other teams, are professional basketball organizations and conduct themselves accordingly.  High ranking Lakers officials are not going to be talking about a pending trade with anyone - whether it is media, people outside of the organization, interns, etc.  If a pending trade was imminent, this intern would not know about it.  So I really think this story is false and you'll see that for yourself when nothing happens come Tuesday.

Having said all of that, Lamar Odom is on the trading block.  So I'm not saying that he will not be traded before the season starts.  There is definitely a chance for that.  I just think this particular story, which states that a trade is imminent and going to take place in a couple of days, is a false one.

Currently it is still a RUMOR, so we will never know until professional sport sources find out. Just keep watching ESPN and you should find out if it is true or not.
