There is a possibility that a partial eclipse may be seen in parts of Northern Canada in or about 8:30, or so, the whole "thing" will last several hours from about 8:30 p.m. till about midnight.  Most of the umbra may be in Russia, particularly Siberia in/at approximately 10:00 p.m., or so.  Then it will even go into parts of Mongolia & China.
