  1. Texas is part of the United States.  The government of the United States currently says:  Marijuana use is illegal within it's borders.  So, therefore, No.


  2. First of all, it isn't technically LEGAL in ANY state (although I wish it was). It is legal according to state laws in 13 of the states, but federally you can still go to prison, but the state police don't mess with you. However, Texas is not one of those states.. check out the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws website..

    I dont know if there is a discussion board and only state I know where medical cannabis is legal is california.


  4. Unfortunately Texas is not one of those states that lets you use marijuana for medical purposes :( New Mexico just became part of the lucky states that do! :)
