I heard on the radio that china won't be allowed to host the olympics again for another century. Is that true?

That's a bit of an exaggeration, I would say nearer 50 years than 100 years. These Games in Beijing have been the first in Asia since Seoul 1988, therefore any Asian candidate city would have another fair crack of the whip from 2028 onwards, it took London from 1948 to 2012 to host the Olympics again, and LA from 1932 to 1984, so my guess would be that Beijing could have another bid in 2064 onwards (although I supect that the 2096 games will be reserved for Athens)
