  1. i dont kno

  2. I've heard that to.it has something to do with your body not having to work harder to heat up the water to your body temp or something.

  3. No.  You burn more calories when you drink cool water...I can't remember exactly how it works, but your body burns extra calories warming up the water to your internal body temperature.

  4. not better but you can just drink more at once if its not so cold

  5. WELL IF YOU CAN STOMACH WARM WATER GO AHEAD   HERE IN CARTAGENA COLOMBIA THE WATER IS AS WARM AS THE OUTSIDE TEMPARURE IS 30-37 DEGREE      GUTEN    APPETIT

  6. Absolutely.  When you drin room temperature water, it absorbs through your intestines easier.  Cold water cools down the contents of your stomach and slows down the digestive process.  Too much cold water will slow your digestion down to the point where the food in your stomach will spoil before it gets digested.

  7. If you are drinking to stay hydrated (working out, spending time out doors) then you shoudl drink room temperature water.  The water can be metabolized quicker.

Drinking ice water first thing in the morning is said to give your metabolism a jump start since your body has to work to heat the water up before it can be metabolized.
