  1. Not at all. Everyone would be going back to college. If you are 24 though, you are eligible to be identified as an Independent student. This means that when you fill out the FAFSA form, you no longer need to submit your parents tax information..Which will most of the time make you eligible for more aid. Depending on your new efc, you could be considered for more amounts in grants and loans.


  2. Not where I live.  But some states may have programs that do so.
