  1. All hard alcohols are carb free, since carbohydrates don't distill.  The only way they have carbs in them is if they are added back in, such as added sweeteners.  Otherwise they are carb free.  Carbohydrates are not volatile, and will not vaporize into a distilled liquid.


  2. Here are a few basics: (However they all have massive calorie amounts so it doesn't really matter if some alcohol is carb free...calories are what counts)

    Vermouth, Dry - 1.4g
