  1. This is false. Toxins do not "build up in the body". Heavy metals like lead and mercury do, but they are uncommon in the diet due to food safety laws. They are present in foods like shark, swordfish and orange roughy. Lead can be an environmental toxin. There is no way to rid your body of them

Your liver is excellent at neutralizing toxins like alcohol, caffeine and medications, as well as environmental toxins. You can see this effectiveness when a medication wears off after a few hours, or you sober up after being drunk. Other less desirable toxins are the same.

Your kidneys excrete the detoxified agents out in your urine. You do not need any products to help this process if you look after your body with a good diet and activity.

Don't be fooled into thinking you can abuse your body, then go on a detox diet to cure everything and you will be healthy. It is a lovely thought, but doesn't occur in reality.

I am also slightly concerned about what a "Prescription for Nutritional Therapy" is. This is not a government or hospital recognized degree. The only qualification recognized by hospitals or the government for food knowledge in any country is a Dietitian. Dietitians spend 4 years at university and have a detailed understanding of human biology, pathophysiology and biochemistry.

  2. Before you go sticking things up your bum i would suggest reading Health Begins in the Colon.  It is a very informative book on cleansing.

  3. doesn't work.  Waste of your money.

Don't put the toxins in your system in the first place.

  4. yoga is the greatest health rejuvenater ever know and the most ancient science for the well being of human being. start yoga every day and feel healthy and alert

  5. I can't imagine anything that claims overnight success to be on the up and up.

It takes at the very minimum, 3 days for anything to completely remove itself from your system. 3 days for removing toxins and cleansing the blood, 5 days to heal and rebuild the immune system.

It takes years to put the toxins into our bodies, and wear our bodies down, so it can't possibly take overnight to build them back up to peak condition.
