What do you mean with "three families" ? Italy is a capitalistic nation...

- Vodafone

- Wind

And virtual operators are coming now.

If you have a AT&T's cell phone, you certainly can use it in roaming . . .

Only 3!? Just kidding - The telephone system in Italy is pretty much deregulated and so AT&T just has to knock on the door and put up the bucks.
