I heard that a europian car's life span for 1 year is equivalant to 8 years of a japanese car. true or false?

  1. not sure on that ratio but after owning a good amount of Fords and Vauxhalls and them being good cars although suffered alot with rust issues and high mileage issue and constant repairs,feeling sorry for us as at the time we just had our first child and s very small car our farther in law gave us his Nissan that was it we stuck with them since,mileage blimey the car we was given had nearly 300k on the clock and ran like new.others have been great with repairs ,more expensive but go wrong far less.And we found them to be alot more reliable.

    We took one on a 2k road trip and only stopped for short breaks the car ran and ran with no problems at all.

    So even back when i was a kid my Dad always said he wished he could afford a Japanese car.

  3. That's 2 months in American car.  Euros are hit or miss.  BMW's and VW's I have seen are problem prone.
