I heard that a good way to get Actors Equity is to work at Disney World. Is this True?

Also: what are the best ways to get auditions for regional theatre that are equity if you are not equity and dont have an agent?

Yeah, it's a good way to get Equity just don't become a character and expect to hang out down there while you audition for Equity because you'll get stuck in the character department. Not that it's a bad thing, but thats where you'll stay, most likely.
