  1. You only lose fat when your caloric output (what you burn) exceeds your intake (what you eat) and your body has to use fat in the fat cells for energy.

    Jiggling body parts and getting massages doesn't do anything to advance this cause.

    Eating fewer calories and exercising more changes the formula.

  3. massage does increase circulation and does stimulate muscles but you need to diet and exercise to loose weight. I'm a massage therapist and i would love if i could claim that all you have to do is lay on my table for an hour, let me do what i do, and you will loose weight. Now if you are paralized or in a coma massage can help strengthen the muscles and help with problems that are caused by poor circulation wich could cause slight weight loss but thats a different story
