They don't stock that size in mayo but you will have to buy the 240 count of tampons.

What do you mean, you choose to buy it or not, you dont have to buy it, yes some items only come in big bulk like that or smaller bottles and get more then 2 bottles or something, if your not looking for anything big, or anything that has alot of one item dont shop for food there, go to walmart same price just less in quanity... good luck

You do have to buy a larger size container, but 55 gallon is a wee bit of an exaggeration.  Unless you have a large family or a very large pantry, it may not be the place to do grocery shopping for staples.  However, Sam's Club has an excellent meat and seafood department and a wonderful bakery.

It is an excellent place to shop for name brand, high quality, lower priced office supplies, furniture or electronics.
