  1. If that was the case do you not think that it would not be sold in all these supermarkets, chemists, dental surgeries etc.

    I think it is rubbish and if you listen to everything you would be frightenend to eat, breathe or do anything.

    There are certain articles which say that prolonged exposure to strong alcohol does cause a change to the tissues in the mouth, but oral cancer is greatly increased by drinking and smoking/chewing tobacco.

    This is well known to dentists.

    The alcohol used in some mouthwashes is perfectly SAFE.

  4. It may but what doesn't? So many things we use every day have "been linked to cancer". I bet the benefit of mouthwash outweighs the chance of cancer. Also alot of these things which cause cancer are only show to in large amounts. Are you use 5 bottles of mouthwash a day? If not don't worry about it.
