Perfect water is H20 (dihydrogen monoxide). The closest to that is distilled water that you can buy at walmart by the gallon for around a buck a bottle.

It is "perfect" because it does not contain any salts, other ions or impurities.

Drinking distilled water is not ideal or perfect. It can supposedly cause cells to burst as they absorb too much water.

If you are talking about a bottled water brand, don't waste your money. Most bottled water is either shipped half way around the globe, wasting a lot of resources while polluting the environment (think a big tanker ship, using tens of gallons of fuel every mile), or it is bottled tap water which has been filtered and maybe enriched with some minerals and other chemicals for taste. Just get a reverse osmosis filter if the municipal water where you live is bad.
