  1. Pudge tends to like things done his way. Yankees pitchers seem to want to throw pitches they want to throw, not what the catcher thinks is best. He also throws the ball back harder than most other catchers in the league.

  2. he throws it back to the harder to the pitcher than the pitcher is pitching it to him

  3. Yankees are used to pitching to jorge posada and that other yankees catcher and it is new to them to be pitching to the best catcher of all time.

  4. He has a reputation for calling a lot more fastballs than most catchers. He doesn't want anybody to steal against him and his ego overshadows what is best for his pitchers. The Yankees screwed up big time on this move.

  5. well andy pettitte said that he has nothing wrong with throwing to pudge but they just dont have that flow that him and molina has

pudge likes thing done his way and he will put down the sign he wants even if the pitcher keeps shaking it off

  6. I just think that they're not used to him yet.. its not personal.. I know that Moose likes Molina and he does very well with him.

Pudge is a vet and when he wants his pitcher to throw what he put down you better throw what he put down cuz he won't let ya shake him off when he knows he's right.

  7. Pudge does what he wants. so when pitchers shake him off and he doesn't put down a new sign it pisses off the pitchers.
