Depends on 1. age 2. weight 3. height 4. colour of hair 5. where they were born 6. what was their age at birth 7. were they bald at birth 8.did they have teeth at birth 9. was the doctor present at birth 10. how much they weighed at birth ,,,,,,,,,,,

oh, my guess.......... the most would be about 3 inches

and it is not  dangerous if it's much larger than a pea!
