It is open now , closed for 9 hours after border patrol agents shot and killed a man  at 3:30 pm Thursday as He tried to drive over the border into mexico with out stopping for inspection.

That SUV fits the description of a hit and run vehicle, that the highway patrol is looking for up here, 500 miles away in N. Calif. um, I wonder.  I just looked at the picture of it on the net(the shot up SUV).
