used to be pig fat.. and gelatin is made from cow hooves

Read the ingredients on the Oreo package, that will tell you what's in it. I don't have a package but I think the white filling is mostly vegetable fat/shortening and sugars.

well i know that is all fat

It used to be made out of lard(pig fat).  Now they use vegetable oils(shortening).
