  1. RCCL does offer the padi diving training course and of course they contract with dive companies in the ports for dives.  You can however usually get a better deal ( and a better dive experience) contacting dive shops in the ports directly.  You may want to contact your dive agency to get a new copy of your c-card if you don't have one.  some of the dive shops check and some don't.

  2. You should be fine if you don't have your dive log. Logs are not required to be kept unless you are looking to go for advanced classes and need proof of your dives. As far as getting your certification card goes just contact your certifing agency and they should be able to send you a new one, or fax or e-mail proff to the dive shop that you are a certified diver. Have fun on your cruise.

  3. The Voyager of the Seas does not have a PADI or NUAI dive center onboard.  And they do not offer any  training classes either.  They offer shore excursions for diving or you can contact the local shops directly.  Check RCL online to see the excursions.

  4. They do offer SeaTrek diving classes onboard the ship.  From their website, "Take the PADI Scuba Diver course onboard and discover what you've been missing. This quick and easy course was designed with the vacationer in mind."

As ppl have said, contact the certifying agency and get a new card.
