  1. yes it's true,

and nothing is wrong with this country, this country was founded on immigration , your ancestors didnt neccarily buy this land, did they? nope they just came over here and took over, so we ( hispanics) are doing anything the white man did over 200 yrs ago to the indians

  2. YES , UNFORTUNATELY,what im sick of is the ones who say that this is their land , i saw that protest on may first they were carrying signs saying  THIS IS OUR NATIVE LAND. no its not! mexicans are not native americans.....

  3. yes it's true

  4. YEP! A coworker even admitted that her aunt crossed the border while in labor, had her child in the us and went back after the child was a few months old.  She now crosses the border monthly to get her subsidy check.  They live in a border town and have a US post office box to receive their checks to.  As a tax paying American, I think that sucks!  I don't want to take care of anyone's child on my dime, let alone someone who doesn't even live here and contribute to our tax base at all.

  5. yes it's true that's why you see a lot of Mexican woman coming over the border when they are ready to deliver so they will be able to stay in the country because when you are born in the US you are automatically granted citizenship and the government can't very well throw the parents of the new borns out of the country

  6. A baby is a baby is a baby, there is no such thing as an anchor baby. The children born here may qualify for AFDC, illegal immigrants are eligible for nothing.

  7. Yes, it's true. The US needs to change the laws regarding birthright citizenship like most of Europe and Asia has done and require legal status in the US of the parents' before granting citizenship to newborns. It would be a good step forward by removing one of the incentives to come here illegally.

  8. yes that is true and they are called anchor babies.

  9. They are called Anchor babies, and until we change the papers that America was based on, yes....being born here in America makes you a legal citizen. And thereby entitled to assistance by the government.

But it doesn't stop there, we have been routinely giving aid in education of illegals, Healthcare hasn't made much of an effort to ask people whether they are illegal or not, there are congress members trying to stop the federal electronic system that is used voluntarily at the moment to check if someone is a citizen and the democratic congress has been trying to push a bill that will open up the social security system to illegals.

This is your corrupt liberal / socialst government at work. i'm wondering when they will remember its the American citizens they work for, not terrorist in gitmo or illegals that have invaded the US

  10. yes this is true and i think it is stupid.  we have to do EVERYTHING legally, so why shouldn't they?  they go around saying america is their land, well fyi no it's not.  they only owned a fraction of it, and they are even trying to take it back illegally.  they can get mad all they want, but if they use their brains for once, they would feel the same way if we went to their country and did the same thing they are doing.

and fyi to the mexicans that are posting to this:

not everyone immigrated over here.  some of us have native american in us and yes we know what our people went through.  but how about doing it LEGALLY like a real american

  11. Yes they do ain't that a *****? I work in a pharmacy and they come in for their free prescriptions, with their cell phones and sculptured nails. It really pisses me off. That's our tax dollars at work.

  12. wow Julie W. ur such a dumb dumb..  I really doubt pregnant ladies could hop the border.. Pregnant women could barely even walk.....

  13. RELAX! nobody's coming over to take over. They are just coming over to do the jobs your boyfriend won't do. So get your panties out of a bunch and go have a Burrito.

  14. It's true.  If you are born in the US then you are automatically a citizen.

  15. That's why they are so anxious to get over here.. the women are ALWAYS pregnant and they all make a mad dash to the border so that they get free healthcare thanks to the American taxpayers..!

  16. That is somewhat wrong.  Kids that were not born here remain undocumented immigrants.  However, the Supreme Court ruled in 1982 (I think that was the year) that public schools must educate children regardless of immigration status.  This was probably a good idea since the last thing we need is a whole lot of kids running around without an education and without anything to do but join gangs and cause other problems.  Other benefits undocumented children may be eligible for is some forms of public assistance related to healthcare and food.  What benefits are available depends on local governments in many cases.  Bottom line is this:  The government is not going to ignore kids whose parents brought them here illegally.  It's not the child's fault that their parent(s) forced them to come here.

Now, the illegal parents are eligible for very little benefits.  Even if they have a US citizen child, they are not eligible for many benefits themselves.

  17. Yes.  It's true. The children are also entitled to file for legal status for their parents when the reach they legal age to do so.

  18. Yes, their children as US citizens are eligible for social services and government aid. Their illegal parents are not.

  19. "The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity" (Deuteronomy 18:20).

  20. Yes, It is true. The child is a US citizen therefore they will be able to obtain government aid.

    {side note: Which by the way I disagree with this policy}

However, if the parents are in the process of deportation, the child being under 18 will have to leave with the parents or stay with a US relative.

  21. Yes.   I went to Public Health in a City in California, and Found the vast majority their were Pregnant Hispanics.   THe city was not a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood.   I ask a friend from A nearby Public Health and he told me that illegal immigrants would go to Public Health to find out if their pregnant, and if they are positive, they would go to the next counter to obtain Government assistance.   The law may vary state to state though.   IN Tennessee there was a famous case where A LEGAL immigrant who can no longer support his child was forced to give up their kid to foster care.   I believe his name was HA or He.   The courts ended up giving the kid permanently to the foster parents, but Ha was able to sue for his kids rights back.
