As your question is very very open ended and hard to understand how's this for an answer.

You may be talking about products a company sends you to review allowing you to keep the product in exchange for doing an article or review. A lot of tech companies do this for major websites like Tom's Hardware.

I know of no company that will send you items for personal use that does not expect something of greater value in return.
