all you need is a bachelor but some may require you to take a couple of classes to get in their specific program

you need a bachelors degree.  it doesn't matter if you did it in 4 years or 3.

Depends on the program.  Each college is different and have different requirements for each major.  Don't listen to other people, find out for yourself, do the research.

Its true. In the US, a Bachelor's degree takes 4 years to complete after high school.



Most US universities now require that you have 16 years of education to enroll for their Master's courses, which includes their MBA programme(s). To get around this, you would have to enroll for a one-year PG Diploma course back here in India before going to the US or take up additional courses at the university where you plan to join to gain the extra credit that would be treated as an additional year of education before you can be formally admitted to their MBA programme. The student admissions counsellor at the university where you have applied to or where you plan to apply to should hopefully be able to help you out with the details.
