I heard there was a new bus route from the Bronx to LGA. Anyone know about it?

Nice idea but no.  There is no bus route from the Bronx to LGA (yet - but I would not hold my breath - MTA budget cuts will postpone any type of service like that) .

There is one from Manhattan to LGA.  The M60.  You can get it at 125th St.

Edit:  There is bus service of sorts already in place:

QBx1 (Co-Op City/Pelham Bay Park) to Main Street, Flushing.  Walk a block to Roosevelt Av for the Q48 bus to the airport.  (Note this bus runs every half hour)

Q44 (West Farms/East Tremont Av) to Main Street, Flushing

walk back 1/2 block to Roosevelt Av for the Q48.
