False, there is no such bill in Congress at this time. Congress is off until after the November election so no new bills will be considered.

It has been suggested but no bills are pending.  I would not count on it.

No, there has been little if any offical talk in Congress.  It is more speculation from the media.  Presidential Canidates have mentioned they would support a second stimulus, but the likelyhood of that happening this year is slim.  If it did happen it would be some time next year.
