I heard tht when some ppl get a tan (when they are little)....?

the tan never goes and the colour becomes their skin tone

It will take repeted exposure, and a generation or two to permenently change a persons skin tone. You can change how often they will be effected by sun burn by putting them outside as a kid, but they also increase thier risk of skin cancer with to much sun. They will tan quicker and easier later if they have high exposure as a kid, but only up to a certain level. The sun level for every person is different, so be careful.

Nope this is incorrect.  The damage to the skin never goes more like!

No.. my baby cousin whos two tomorrow went to menorca three weeks ago. She came back really tanned and now is as white as a lily.
