No, it's not.  Perhaps they meant something else!

Yes. My friend, who lives in Japan and is Japanese, has a birthmark on his right eyeball. It is a tiny mole. It does stick out so you can feel it but it isn't huge or gross.. I think it is kind of neat!

Yes, they are areas of pigmentation in your retina or choroid and are often called Nevi or CHRPE (pronounced chirp-"e").  They are checked and watched just like other moles on your body - for any suspicioius appearances, color or size changes, etc.

no, i dont think so, but you can get chicken poks and freckles!
