like a ghost or something u probably live somewere that someone died i used to live in this really cool house and iwas alone then i started hearing voices them my rooms door opened i asked this person about the house and  he said that a couple died when they were 99 they died in that house well the guy died the womens body wasnt dound

It could be a ghost.  Set up a camcorder and tape recorder and see what you can catch on it.

omg, call the police, sneak to the phone and call 911 and tell them u think some1 is in ur house, but while ur on the phone lock yourself in the bathroom and make sure anyone else who is in the house is with you in the bathroom... r ur parents there tho? go into the kitchen and both of u grab knives for self defence... let me know how it goes.
