Push-ups.

"Muckle" - one player runs with the football and everyone else tries to tackle her.

dribbling

kick ball against wall without leeting it bounce more than once

trap ball between feet and see who can jump highest

etc

u can play bull dogs charge with footballs. one person tackles and the rest try past with their footballs when they they lose the ball they have to tackle the rest too. rounders with the football if they kick it high and someone heads it they are out
