  1. If your children were born here then they can get a US passport.

As a dual citizen, your other citizenship is not recognized by the US.

If they are here when they turn 18, then they can declare they want to be US citizens and they can get one then, but there are some other constraints, they can't show up the day before their birthday and say they are citizens.

  2. If your children are born in the US, they are legal US citizens regardless of your citizenship.

  3. Anybody that was born in the USA is American citizen. If the baby is born outside, and at least one parent is an American citizen, then the baby is an American citizen. Check the www.uscis.gov website. Good luck.

  4. your question is very confusing. You need to explain in more details

  5. "Maybe".

If they are born in the US then yes.

If not, then the children of US citizens are entitled to citizenship depending on a number of factors including how many years their US citizen parent lived in the US as an adult.

  6. Most likely, call the US consulate and ask what you need to get your children a passport.

  7. Depends where they were born.  Plus you have to eventually declare which country you are a citizen of.
