Question

I'm Mexican, I am studying Industrial Engineering, I would like to go to work in Canada, I need to emigrate or work, which is one option to speak at the Mexican consulate, but if they had more choices I make them know. My other option is p**n business in which any part of Canada, or become a member.

Just go to or stay in Mexico, plenty of opportunity there.....

p**n business? don't know much bout that.

But I beleive there is a new initative by the canadian government, incouraging highly skilled workers to get working visas to canada.  This might apply to you, but you will need to confirm this with the nearest canadian embassy,  That would be a good start.
