I hope this doesnt sound rude.... Can a midget l**k their elbow?.....?

This topic came up at work today and we thought no because the body is still proportionate, then we thought well their arms are shorter, but then again so is their neck... so dunno. Is it easier for midgets to l**k their elbow???? Once again not trying to be rude against anyone, promise and sorry if I have offended you...

actually, midgets bodies arent proportionate.

im not a midget and i can l**k my elbo, its not physically impossible

interesting, though its physically impossible for us "normal" people, *sry not offending ppl*, and a dwarf's body isn't porportionate to itself, it's a possibility though proabaly still not...

Midgets are more correctly termed "Little People."

In most cases a midget is a correctly proportioned human of smaller stature. Same as average sized humans they can't l**k their elbows.

Dwarfs match your description a bit better:
