What is going on with the Detroit Public School system? It really sucks! They're all unorganized and some of the clerks are rude. Why can't their school system be like the ones in the south? Very organized and on point. There definitley need to be changes made to the way they mangae the public schools in Detroit!

DPS is one of the very worst school systems in the US. Long term corruption, mis-management, nepotisim, 1000s of unqualified employees among other things have ground it into the dirt.

Best case would be 2 decades if they find excellent people with an excellent plan to re-build the system.
