I'm looking for my sister shes in Cheetham,Manchester, UK she promised to me that shes going to see me online this month of August but she said that there's no connection of internet due to under construction of the cables for the road widining, is this true or shes making an alibi with me coz we have misunderstanding of our parents that she doesn't want me to see and talk, please help me guys out there i dnt know if shes talking to me honestly or telling me a lie. If an entire area of Manchester had no internet for a long period of time, I think the press might have known something about it.

It sounds like she's fobbing you off.

I live in South Manc and we've not had any issues (apart from the usual unreliability of Virgin)

Im in Manchester, but i live in south manchester borderline of cheshire, and the internet is working :S. It may be something to do with Cheetham, or mabe just her road. Or like u said maybe lieing to you. Have it out with her? She can deny it but if she turns up at ur house, you will have doubts.
