Ive been playing soccer like all summer and I've been fine, but I had soccer camp last week and for some odd reason like 3 days in the two toes next to my big toe on my right foot started hurting like h**l. I didn't jam them or kick the ground or anything so I don't know why. I can bend them and move them around but as soon as I try to walk or run they hurt like h**l and keep getting worse. They hurt in the base of where my toes meet my foot. I've heard of turf toe but I always thought that you could only get that in your big toe. Also, I can kick the ball as long as I don't toe ball it and they dont hurt which makes it even weirder. Soccer try outs start in a week I need them to be better what do I have and what should I do?

  1. This could be something like strain to the tendons in those toes (an example only).

I would recommend letting your parents know what's going on as well so that they can help you keep an eye on the situation to see what they say.
