im in mumbai will be travelling to chennai. my husband is in chennai. we want to go to tirupati for darshan..but this online seva booking is confusing.

how do i get to tirupati and ensure darshan

Yes , each members ( who wish to book for dharshan ) has to be present at the time of booking, As they record your finger print and photo at the time of booking for e-dharsan.

To add more : Booking at chennai is being done at Venkatnarayana road, T Nagar ( Except Tuesday ) timings Morning 10 am to 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm to ... PM ( Not sure of evening closure )

yes each person has to go for their finger print or photo at the ttd booking office any where in india. if you are in mumbai then you have to go to ttd office in mumbai and your husband has to go to chennai office  . you both of them can choose a particular date and get the ticket or you can go for online internet booking where you have to give only your detail and then at tirupati they will take the finger prints or photo , here the catch is you have to go there 24 hours before darshan day to change your internet ticket. other details is available on the site it self . this is the link of online internet ticket booking . clik on this link to get detail information.
