  1. Car titles have a lien holder on them if you owe money to a bank , or a car lot, they will be the lien holder .If there is no lien holders name on the title then the title is clear.Do as you wish, it's yours.


  2. If the title is current and valid and shows no lienholder then there is no lien.  Why are you concerned?   Is there more to the story?
