I imported photos from someones Kodak Picture CD onto my computer. They are in a Read It Only type. ?

I want to delete them now. They won't let me delete them. What do I need to do? I can delete them somehow can't I?

Right-click on them.  Properties.  Uncheck the read only box.

Files on a CD are read only (you can't write to the CD once it's burned), so when you copy them they stay read only.

There's probably some program that will let you do it all in one shot - make them not read only and delete them all at once (it's such a common problem) - but I don't happen to know of any.
