  1. That's probably because you don't have the sufficient codecs to run the video OR Movie Maker does not support the video's format. Try installing the codecs pack and see if it fixes the prob:

  2. Something not hooked up rite,wrong task selected,or the 2 devices speak A different language or encrypted. Retry check all connection (if any) and check settings to see if correct.
