  2. Make sure you are indeed putting the play disk in...usually disk 1 and if it doesn't work take it back.  If lost reciept take it back to walmart and exchange it for another copy.  Last resort contact manufacturer and mail it to them to exchange.

  4. Well, this problem has been faced by quite a lot of people, including myself. These CDs generally have a Crack folder inside them. You need to copy the file inside the Crack folder(it is generally an application file for running the game) and paste it into the place where you installed the game. Be sure that it asks for a Replace query. If it doesn't then the crack hasn't been successful, and you must delete the pasted item and search for files in other folder inside the game with the same name. Like Harry Potter games require you to paste the crack file into a folder called System inside the Game folder.

    If the CD doesn't contain any such file or folder, look for a crack for the game on internet.
