I installed Paragon Partition Manager

Question

I installed Paragon Partition Manager and set up boot manager. It said to restart my computer and I did.Now there is a boot screen that only shows one partition it says XP and the right side says boot will proceeded (yes that's what it says ) in 19 seconds and when it gets to 0 seconds it goes to 19 again. I tried to stop it and it says to boot press enter. Nothing happens. If I reboot that screen is there.Brand new Dell Inspiron 530 quad. 4 Gig ram 24 inch monitor. Biggest anchor I've ever seen!Can I reinstall windows to the big partition and since both are XP go to the one I love and delete Paragon and go on with my life?
